Those days are always good to catch up on chores, extra 'play' and reading....especially your bible. Pastor Bud gave me a birthday gift this past November called 'Jesus Calling,' that I have read daily. It's a day by day devotional book that actually feels like Christ is talking to you! It's amazing....I highly recommend it. Anyway, every time I felt bored, (or the girls were driving me crazy...lol...) I turned to that book and had some one-on-one time with God. The more you talk to Him, the closer it brings you to Him and the better you feel! |
